Based on Flemish recipes, we perpetuate the know-how of the brewers of the North, preserving the traditions of beer. However, our beer derives all its charm from our specificity: the aroma of a typical southern ingredient. Indeed, we have chosen to embellish this traditional lager with an aroma derived from lemons. But not just any lemons, these are the lemons of Menton (Alpes-Maritimes), the most qualitative ones there are.

The Menton lemon, with its fragrant bright yellow skin and sweeter juice, has become a rare and noble commodity. Cultivated by a handful of enthusiasts, it is coveted by the great starred chefs. The Menton lemon is a larger lemon with a thicker skin. It has particular olfactory and gustatory qualities, which we have been able to exploit. Our company, to produce its flavored craft beers, wanted to work in tandem with the best producer of lemons in Menton. It is with a concern for quality, we have been able to partner with the best local producer.
